Bike Boxes for STEM day

The grade 8's will be participating in a boat race for STEM day 2018. Bicycle boxes make for the best boats and it starts the kids off all with the same box. We've spoken with the head mechanics at the stores listed below and they are happy to donate bike boxes. Recycling is Thursday nights so ideally pick up would occur either Wednesday evenings or Thursday during the day (before 5). We are in need of volunteers with a vehicle to help with weekly pick ups. Boxes will need to be collapsed, staples removed and stored in the boiler room off the cafeteria at school. If you are able to help, please reach out to the Fern STEM Committee at: fernstemcommittee@gmail.com Thank you!
