The history and importance of the catholic religion to French Canadian society will be explored in Montreal's oldest Catholic church. Notre Dame Basilica is known for its intricately designed interior, which includes stained glass chronicling the history of the city.

Students will enjoy an all you can eat dinner. MENU: Traditional pea soup, grandma's omelette, scrunchies, smoked maple syrup ham, sausages in maple syrup, baked beans, potatoes, homemade pickels, homemade bread, sugar pie, plain pancakes or pancakes with hot cream sugar sauce, pure maple syrup, buckwheat pancakes, eggs in maple syrup, a hot beverage and maple taffy on the snow. Your evening will include a guided tour of the sugar shack facilities and an introduction to the maple syrup making process.
