STUDENT IMMUNIZATION CLINIC for grade 7&8's

Dear Parents and Guardians,

Toronto Public Health will be at Fern Avenue Public School on Wednesday, May 01, 2013 in the morning.

The following vaccines will be given:

• Second dose of hepatitis B to grade 7 students
• Third dose of human papillomavirus (HPV) to grade female students
• Catch-up doses of meningococcal, hepatitis B and HPV vaccines to students who missed their earlier scheduled doses.
