Request for School Council Funds for 2013/14 School Year

The Fern Parent Council is accepting applications for funding for the 2013/14 school year to support enhanced learning opportunities, programs and community initiatives. In order to be considered for funding, all applicants should download the Funding Request form and submit their proposal before Tuesday, June 11.

You may deliver the form in person or reply by email to: wilson.pamela@sympatico.ca. Please place handwritten replies in the envelope labeled “Parent Council – Funding Requests” in the Council mailbox in the Office.

Proposals and results from the Parent Engagement Survey will be reviewed at the next Council Meeting on Thursday, June 20. As resources are limited, we encourage teachers and parents requesting funding to attend the meeting to present their proposal and actively participate in the decision making process.

Please note that disbursement of funds for expenses incurred by your project will require a detailed submittal of receipts and/or invoices. Only those items included on this application and approved by a majority vote will reimbursed. Please consider your expenses carefully when filling out this form.
