February is Cookie Month at Fern Avenue PS!
Fern Ave Events fundraising and New Moon Kitchen are excited to be launching the latest effort to benefit our students and school. This event is special because not only does it get the kids involved, it supports a local business and Fern mom entrepreneur.
In keeping with the spirit of our wonderful, supportive community, New Moon's generosity allows Fern to earn $2.25 for each box sold! All products are dairy and nut free, and some are even gluten-free, and, there is a variety of flavours available. Each box will sell for $6.00. Anyone who has a child who needs a nut free, school friendly snack could benefit and so will our children.
Everyone can do their part so please help us by spreading the word. Sell the cookies to grandparents, neighbours, aunts and uncles, team members and co-workers. We will be throwing a pizza party for the class with the most participation, so let's move some cookies!
Students will receive details and forms on February 1st, with sales to mid-February and product delivery at end of the month. Please look out for the details and help your child with the form.
Should you find your plate is too full and there is no way you or your child can take this on, no problem! We understand. Consider purchasing a box from a fellow student, or place your order at : http://newmoonkitchen.com/fern-fundraiser/ (online store opens on Feb 1).
