First Immunization Clinic for Grade 7 Students
Dear Parents/Guardians,
Our first immunization clinic is scheduled for Wednesday, November 14th, 2018.
All Grade 7 students are eligible to receive meningococcal, human papillomavirus and hepatitis B vaccines. Please note the meningococcal vaccine is mandatory for school attendance.
Consent packages have been sent home with your child and are due back to the school no later than Tuesday, September 11th.
