Lunchtime Swag Sale Thursday December 20!

We heard a lot of feedback from Fern students, especially the older kids, that they were interested in Fern swag and wondered when we would be selling it.

So for one day only, Thursday December 20, we will be in the foyer during lunch (11:30 to 12:45) selling fabulous Fern Swag!

Glow-in-the-dark bracelets $2, Toques $20, Swim bags $8, Water Bottles $10 Swim caps $15, Coffee mugs $15!

Perfect stocking stuffers, or gifts for the family if your child wants to do some independent Christmas shopping. Parents are welcome to drop by too if they still haven't found that perfect gift for their Fern Falcon fan (wouldn't your in-laws love a mug?).

If you can't make the sale Thursday, we will be selling Swag at Fern Fun Flicks Tuesday night, or you can buy online at TDSB School Cash Online for pick-up from the Office Friday, December 21.

All proceeds go to School Council to support Programs and the Playground!

Choir Performing at the Spring Concert

Dear Families,  We are so happy to have such a large enthusiastic choir!   Fern's wonderful students in Choir have been practicing two songs for the Spring Concert on April 18th.  They are: The Best Day of my life and My Own Superhero. Here are some notes regarding the Spring Concert:  *We will be walking to Parkdale Collegiate for a run through after morning attendance on Thursday April the 18th at 9:20 am.  (Two primary of our classes will be on a field trip and choir members in those classes will not attend the run through. ) **Volunteers are very welcome to walk with the Choir to and from Parkdale Collegiate. (Meet at 9 am at Fern)   *We aim to be back by lunch, however sometimes runthroughs take a while. Therefore please pack snacks and water with your child for the day. We will eat lunch when we return.     * The evening of The concert, students are to be at Parkdale Collegiate for 6:00 PM . * Students in the concert are encouraged to wear all black.  *Caregiver/ Parent pick
