Spring Fling Fundraiser - Friday May 5th

Our 11th Annual Spring Fling Fundraiser will take place on Friday May 5th, 2023 at St. Casimir’s Church Hall, 156 Roncesvalles Ave. beginning at 7:00pm.
Don’t miss out on the neighbourhood PARTY of the year with your fellow Fern parents! Come out and dance, enjoy fantastic local food, have a drink at our cash bar, make a bid at our fabulous live & silent auctions and support your school!

Silent Auction
Our silent auction is one way we raise funds for extra programs for Fern Ave. P.S. If you have an item or service that you would like to donate to the silent auction, it would be greatly appreciated!

If you would like to make a monetary donation instead, please email fernaveschoolcouncil@gmail.com, or you can make a cheque payable to Fern Ave PS School Council with the subject Spring Fling.
The deadline for donations is Monday, April 24th, 2023.
Volunteers
This event is a team effort, and we need a whole bunch of volunteers to pull this off. Please see our signup.com page to volunteer: https://signup.com/go/LBGRDSQ
While most of the volunteer jobs are the night of the event, we do have immediate need for "captains" or "co-captains" in the following areas (with lots of help from people who have run the event before;):
- Silent Auction
- Decorations (we have a captain who can organize it, but who cannot be there to decorate)
- Food
