Important Reminder: Treaties Recognition Week November 6-12

November 6 - 12 is Treaties Recognition Week in Ontario. This annual event honours the importance of treaties and helps students in Ontario learn more about treaty rights and relationships. 

By learning more about our collective treaty rights and obligations, we can create greater understanding and nurture relationships between Indigenous and non-Indigenous peoples in Ontario. This is a commitment we fulfil as part of Truth and Reconciliation.
